Netflix doctor, wife are listing Upper East Side for $4.35M

Netflix star surgeon Dr. David Langer, whose day occupation is chair of neurosurgery at Lenox Hill Medical center, and his wife, Dr. Nancy Lipsitz, have turned the spotlight on their have house, which is on the industry for $4.35 million — down from its $4.75 million ask previously very last month.

Langer is a single of the stars of “Lenox Hill,” a 2020 docuseries on the streaming provider that follows four physicians and their individuals at the Upper East Facet medical center. Lipsitz, an anesthesiologist, also appears briefly on the buzzy present.

The Yorkville house has been a tranquil respite for the active medical professionals, who are typically in Central Park with their two goldendoodles on the weekend.

The 20th-ground duplex inside the Chartwell Residence, at 1760 Second Ave., is 3,400 sq. ft, and comes with 5 bedrooms and 3½ baths.
