Kano Pillars, Rima Strikers, D: Defenders, Tojemarine Academy, Rima Queens and Basic safety Babes received their respective matches yesterday at the Prudent Strength Handball Premier League held at the Moshood Abiola Nationwide Stadium, Abuja.
In the men’s contests, Kano Pillars defeated Lagos Seasider 40 to 33 to edge closer to winning the initial phase of the handball competition in the men’s classification.

Other winners were Rima Strikers that defeated Owena Kings 36 to 24, D: Defenders overpowered Law enforcement Devices 31 to 24, Tojemarine Academy, who overpowered Benue Buffaloes 31 to 37 and Confluence Stars, who walkover in excess of Kada Stars.
