The Foo Fighters are honoring their late drummer and good friend Taylor Hawkins with two exclusive tribute concerts to be held afterwards this year.
Hawkins died in March because of to a cardiovascular collapse at the age of 50 in a Colombian hotel where multiple medicines ended up uncovered, according to a report that cited Colombian authorities.
The 1st demonstrate will be on Sept. 3 at London’s Wembley Stadium and the 2nd is established for Sept. 27 at the Kia Discussion board in Los Angeles.
The “all-star rock and roll shows” were announced on the band’s site on Wednesday to “celebrate the memory and new music of a rock legend.”
Lineups for each clearly show will be revealed in the near upcoming and tickets will go on sale on June 17.

The concerts “will unite various [artists], the Hawkins household and of training course his Foo Fighters brothers in celebration of Taylor’s memory and his legacy as a global rock icon.”

The late drummer joined the rock group in 1997 and 1st appeared with them on the tour for their sophomore album, “The Color & The Condition.” Hawkins then created his recording debut with the musicians with the 1999 album, “There Is Nothing Still left To Lose.”
Hawkins’ widow Alison also shared her individual statement and expressed her gratitude to his faithful and loving followers. “In celebration of his life, is now up to all of us who liked him most to honor Taylor’s legacy and the tunes he gave us,” she wrote.

The Foo Fighters canceled their tour soon after Hawkins’ passing to support them “heal.”
Through the Grammy Awards on April 3, a tribute to Hawkins was done by singer Bille Eilish for the duration of the ceremony’s In Memoriam section.
