Tom Girardi 'thinks I'm someone else' on the phone

Erika Jayne claims her estranged partner, Tom Girardi, “sometimes” has issues remembering who she is all through phone phone calls. 

“I just take his phone and it’s hardly ever much more than 10 seconds,” the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star, 50, tells Webpage 6 solely, whilst advertising and marketing the new time of the Bravo truth clearly show.

“And often he thinks I’m somebody else … so there’s a great deal of that,” she provides. “Tom reaches out to me from time to time.” 

Girardi, 82, is currently residing at an assisted-residing and memory care facility in Burbank, Calif., just after a late-onset Alzheimer’s condition and dementia diagnosis. The disbarred law firm has also been placed in a conservatorship that is overseen by his brother Robert.

“Look, Tom is in a condition of drop. He’s dwelling in a memory treatment facility and this is the way daily life goes,” Jayne says of the “very sad” problem.

“It’s … challenging to deal with, but it’s listed here,” she proceeds. “Looking again, it is tricky to disconnect from another person you’ve been with for in excess of two decades — specifically when you know that they are having difficulties.”

The “Pretty Mess” writer suggests that when she communicates with Girardi — whom she claims was “fun, dazzling and intelligent” through the greater part of their 21-year relationship — he seems like a unique man on the phone these times. 

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star says she thinks Girardi — who suffers from late-onset Alzheimer’s condition and dementia — is in a “state of decrease.”

“Tom, his electricity was extremely bright,” she details out. “So his star has just been a minor dimmed.”

Jayne filed for divorce from Girardi in November 2020. One month later on, the exes were sued by Edelson Pc for allegedly embezzling settlement funds meant for the victims of Lion Air Flight 610.

Girardi appeared on “RHOBH” with Jayne prior to her November 2020 divorce filing.

The “XXPEN$IVE” singer — who denied the fees versus her — was dismissed from the fraud lawsuit in January, but she is now facing a $50 million racketeering lawsuit and a $2.1 million “aiding and abetting” lawsuit.

Jayne tells Webpage 6 that she thinks her public setbacks have only made her a “stronger” particular person. 

Jayne claims her community setbacks — both of those personalized and lawful — have produced her a “stronger” person.
