The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) on Sunday formally announced the appointment of Jose Peseiro as the new Head Mentor of the Tremendous Eagles, the country’s senior national men’s football group.
Ademola Olajire, NFF’s Director of Communications, in a statement, mentioned Peseiro’s appointment is with immediate result and matter to the signing of agreed terms involving him and the Federation.
The NFF also introduced that former Nigeria intercontinental forward, Finidi George, will be the First Assistant to Peseiro, with previous Super Eagles midfielder Salisu Yusuf the Next Assistant.
“Yusuf will also be the Head Coach of the Nigerian group to the Championship of African Nations (CHAN), as perfectly as the Beneath-23 Nationwide Groups.
“Usman Abdallah is the Third Assistant whilst Eboboritse Uwejamomere will be the Match Analyst.
