Jennifer Grey says Patrick Swayze cried when he apologized to her

The 62-yr-old recalled how her late “Dirty Dancing” co-star sobbed while apologizing to her on the set of their 1987 romance drama.

The pair earlier starred in 1984’s “Red Dawn” jointly before reuniting for the iconic dance flick.

Gray stopped by “The Check out” earlier this week to focus on her memoir, “Out of the Corner,” and her tense experiences doing the job with “The Outsiders” actor, who died in 2009 at the age of 57.

“Patrick was actively playing pranks on me and most people,” Grey explained. “It was just, like, macho, and I just could not just take it. I was just like, ‘Please, this man, which is plenty of with him.'”

The “Ferris Bueller’s Working day Off” actress then comprehensive how she was hesitant to indication on for “Dirty Dancing” with Swayze.

Grey went on, “And he got the tears in his eyes. And I obtained the tears in my eyes — not for the similar motive. I was like, ‘Oh, this guy’s working me.’ And he goes, ‘We could eliminate it — we could get rid of it if we did this.'”

“We go in there and he can take me in his arms and I was like, ‘Oh, boy. I’m carried out,'” Grey confessed.
