Four leases totaling nearly 94,000 sq. ft have been signed at the Rudin Family’s and Allianz Real Estate’s A person Battery Park Plaza. The specials convey the 870,000 sq.-foot tower to 93 per cent leased.
Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. took 38,187 sq. ft by means of a 9,880 sq.-foot direct lease with Rudin and a 28,307 sq.-foot sublease with Liberty Mutual. The sublease will change to immediate when it expires in November 2025. Nationwide is transferring from 7 Planet Trade Centre.
In an additional shift in just FiDi, law agency Cullen and Dykman will leave 44 Wall St. for 28,307 square toes at One particular Battery Park Plaza.
