Formula 1 champ tours $30M penthouse amid Miami Grand Prix

The “Monaco-inspired” marina and yacht club developed by Miami Dolphins and Difficult Rock Stadium co-operator Stephen Ross may be phony, but the excitement for Miami’s initial Grand Prix this weekend is very true.

4 tickets in the “fake” yacht club, with dry docked yachts, are providing for $38,000, according to studies.

And Brazilian race-automobile driving legend Emerson Fittipaldi, an ambassador at Miami Grand Prix, is also doing a pace tour of some of Miami’s priciest penthouses.

On Tuesday night time, Fittipaldi, 75 — a two-time Components 1 environment champ and Indy 500 winner — toured a $30 million penthouse duplex at Chateau Beach in Sunny Isles.

The sprawling 4-bed room household, at 17475 Collins Ave., is by the seaside and comes with ocean views, in a natural way.

At 9,051 square ft, it capabilities a hanging 4,525-square-foot wraparound terrace with a non-public pool.

Designer Graciela Dayan decked out the sleek, high-ceilinged interior house with furnishings by Fendi, Poltrona Frau and Minotti.

The listing broker is Cristiano Pique, founder of Piquet Realty.
