
Michael Douglas could have had a really distinct major lady in the traditional rom-com “Romancing the Stone” — if Debra Winger wasn’t so mouthy.
The “Terms of Endearment” star designed rather the impact on Douglas just before she shed the iconic ’80s purpose to Kathleen Turner.

“I split down in tears, ‘I can’t go into the jungle with her, she bit me, glimpse! She bit me in the arm,’ ” Douglas claimed.
The Post has reached out to Winger’s camp for comment.
