On April 28th, 1981, the New York Giants chosen linebacker Lawrence Taylor out of the College of North Carolina with the 2nd in general choose. Taylor would go on to have an all-time terrific job with Major Blue, garnering numerous specific awards and major the Giants to two Super Bowl championships.
