Dash cam footage of the arrest of Bears extensive receiver Byron Pringle has been released.
Pringle was arrested Saturday in South Florida and billed with reckless driving and driving on a suspended license.
He was allegedly performing donuts on Condition Road 56, around his property, with a baby in the again seat of the car or truck.
In the video clip, Pringle talks animatedly with a condition trooper. Staying pulled out of the car, he questioned to get out himself.
“Come on, let me get out,” Pringle explained.
He then questioned to be arrested by a nearby sheriff, not the freeway patrol.
When informed that his Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat would be towed, Pringle requested the officers to make certain to not to scratch the entrance because it is very low to the ground.
Pringle bantered with just one of the arresting troopers, declaring, “You know you could not capture me if I was running from y’all.”
“There’s no doubt about it,” the trooper responded.
Pringle griped about the warmth in the back again of the trooper’s car, indicating, “I see how people die in the back again of this bitch — this bitch Warmth.”
He analogized being in the again of the car or truck to getting “on a Spirit flight” for the reason that “the seats never recline at all.”
Pringle, 28, signed with the Chiefs in 2018 as an undrafted free agent. He signed a a single-year, $4 million offer with $2 million in additional incentives with the Bears this offseason.
“I know him pretty properly,” Chicago GM Ryan Poles stated Wednesday. “It’s not a reflection of who he is at all. You really don't want your men in the information at all. At that stage, it’s a disappointment. But we experienced good discussions about it. We’re in a very good spot. We’ll maintain that interior.”
